We are particularly focused on aiding Havelock Animal Control for equipment, services, training, and facility needs that fall outside of city budget.

Havelock Animal Services will shelter and feed all captured animals for up to 3 business days, excluding weekends and city holidays. There are many benefits of this program, the biggest being that citizens do not have to travel the 28-mile round trip to the county pound in New Bern to claim an animal that has been picked up.
